Subscribers enjoy complimentary delivery on each fresh floral arrangement.
For non-floral items, delivery by Dropp is available from 790 kr.
All orders are processed on the same day or the next business day after being placed. For in-stock items, delivery typically takes 1-4 business days.
Bouquets, flowers, and plants are delivered the same day if ordered before 13:00, unless a different delivery time is requested via email or in the “special order” section. If it’s after 13:00 and you need same-day delivery, please call us at +354 680 3104—same-day delivery may still be possible depending on availability.
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for non-floral items that are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please note that due to the nature of fresh products, we cannot accept returns on flowers and plants.
Please note that Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at info@flowersbymonika.is to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Place the item securely in its original packaging with the proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
If the product is defective or damaged please reach out to us.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
